Windsor FC's U18's made it through to the next round of the Allied Counties Youth Football League Cup after a thrilling penalty shootout against Wokingham & Embrook.
With the match tied a 5-5 after extra time Windsor eventually made it through 4-3 on penalties.
Eddie Lazarczuk opened the scoring for Windsor after only 3 minutes but Wokingham hit back immediately through Matt Jenkins with a quick free kick following a back pass.
Jenkins added a second before Josh Dillon pulled the scores level.
Matt Lambert added the visitors third only for Dillon to level on the stroke of half time with his second of the game.
Wokingham re-took the lead shortly after half time through Elliot Poulter and looked to be holding on for the win until Kane Jones added Windsor fourth in the closing moments.
Into extra time and Windsor finally got themselves ahead again when Chris Bernard slotted home only for Toby Grant to bring down Jake Smelly for a penalty which Ben Connor slammed past Grant.
With the scores all level the match went to penalties with Connor and Brandon Blair netting the first kicks for each team.
Poulter then fired over and Jones netted to give Windsor the advantage.
Grant then saved Luke Mulvaney's effort followed by Kane Fitzgerald chipping over the bar.
Jenkins made sure of his effort as did Bernard before Lambert scored his and then Matthew Mouncey completed the win with the all important last kick.
