Windsor's youngsters were dumped out of the FA Youth Cup following a 4-0 defeat by Maidenhead Utd.
The match was always going to be a tough one for Windsor and wasn't helped by some poor officiating.
Maidenhead's opener came from one of these poor decisions when Aaron Berry had only Max Kinsler to beat and only manged to get past him thanks to a shove in the back before beating Toby Grant.
Tristan Jones then added a second before Mustapha Mohammed forced Michael Pearce into action.
A flurry of bookings came in the second half as referee Mark Bullock proceeded to punish the slightest issue without picking up on the major incidents.
The biggest of those effectively halted any possibility of a comeback for Windsor when Maidenhead were awarded a penalty.
Brandon Blair and Ryan Gibbs had managed to disposes Jason Belgrave, with the maidenhead forward tumbling over Gibbs, and look to have conceded a corner for which referee Bullock awarded a goal kick and even confirmed this with Windsor's keeper.
Due to the ambiguous way in which he indicated the goal kick the assistant took position on the edge of the area as if expecting a penalty. After consultation the referee then awarded a penalty which Owen Richardson dispatched.
Berry then added a fourth following a mix up between Grant and Gibbs before Eddie Lazarczuk was sent off for a second yellow card.
Take nothing away from Maidenhead who deserved their victory in a game that was marred due to the performance of the officials.
