Windsor FC will have to settle for second place in the Combined Counties Premier Division despite beating Colliers Wood Utd 2-0.
With Guildford City beating Raynes Park Vale 4-2, they wrapped up the title with two games to go.
The match had that end of season feel with Windsor making a slow start before taking the lead midway through the half.
Daniel Burnett throw the ball out to Chris Gregson who was quickly closed down by Ryan O'Toole allowing him to find strike partner Michael Chennells who slotted past Burnett.
It wasn't long before the lead was doubled when Ryan Parsons rolled the ball to Ben Porter who guided the ball past Burnett fro 30 yards.
O'Toole almost added a third before half time when he struck from the edge of the area only for Burnett to turn the ball wide.
The second half saw Windsor push to extend their lead and came very close when Chennells headed against the bar from Yashwa Romeo's cross.
O'Toole was then denied twice when balls from Chris Ellis and Kyle Anthony both resulted in Burnett saving.
Colliers only real chance of the game came from a free kick in injury time from Joseph Mead that had Rob Bullivant at full stretch to keep out.
