Saturday 19th October 2019Windsor suffered their first defeat in fuve games going dow 3-2 away at Brackley Town Saints.
Windsor were missing a number of players including 6 recognised right backs due to injuries and suspensions. This saw Kingsley Etefia start at full back and also a start for new signing Samir Bajja in midfield.
There was also a return for Jeevan Panesar who took a space on the bench.
Windsor took an early lead when Dylan Ive faced up Sam Hartley in the Brackley box only to be brought down earning a penalty which Ive duely dispatched.
As with the visitors, the hosts levelled he scorrs and took control of the game just after half time.
Nojus Trivanos brought down Ryan Knight who, like Ive in the first half, stepped up an converted the spot kick.
They were soon in the lead when Knight latched on to a through ball with only Trivanos in his way and slotted in.
A minute later and Knight's hat-trick was complete when the Windsor defence waited for a flag that never came allowing Harry Brock to cross and find the head of Knight.
Windsor managed to set up a tense finish to the match when Andrew Ingram bundled in Ive's corner but it wasn't enough to earn a share of the points.
