Windsor led 2-0 at the break but Bedfont scored three second half goals to progress to the next round.
The first half had been a fairly even encounter with Windsor definitely having the edge in front of goal.
Riccardo CANNON opening the scoring on 12 minutes, an Isiah Goddard-Joseph cross was flicked home from close range.
Bedfont had a chance when Matthew Baxter shot wide and then Darryl Sanders effort was safely gathered by Hugo Sobte.
Three minutes before the break Montague went on a super individual run and let go a shot from 20 yards that slammed the underside of the crossbar and was cleared.
On 53 mins a Luke Brook-Smith free kick found Barry DUNBAR at the far post and Windsor were 2 goals to the good and looking to be on their way to the next round.
The Bedfont comeback started on 62 minutes when Scott HARRIS converted a spot kick after the referee from some distance spotted a handball. The was dialogue from all three match officials but the original decision stood.
On 71 minutes the dangerous HARRIS found the Windsor defence wanting and nipped into equalize.
More trouble came for the tiring Windsor defence on 80 minutes and saw Bedfont overcome a two goal deficit as Leius SINCLAIR got round the defence to coolly slot past Sobte.
Windsor pushed people forward looking for an equaliser but Bedfont were now well in command and deserved the win.
