Windsor recorded an emphatic away victory on a very good playing surface against Chessington & Hook.

With the game switched from Chalky Lane Chessington to Stag Meadow, Windsor were on the front foot from the start. A re-shaped Windsor defence with Victor Ocansey at Centre Half and Henry Montague at full back created chances almost immediately.

Barry Dunbar having an early shot blocked after good work from Nawaf. Moments later Kane Jones blasted over from the edge of the box, quickly followed by a Riccardo Cannon effort which grazed the crossbar.

On 11 minutes Super Barry Dunbar got his name on the scoresheet, poking home from close range after a goal mouth scramble.

Jamie Di Giuseppe fired wide from a free kick and Travis Richardson-Hodge scuffed a shot when released by the industrious Dan Sharp. The Chessington keeper dived low to the corner to deflect a Hodge shot around the post.

Windsor pressed but couldn???t add to their tally, the half time whistle a welcome relief for the home team.

From the re-start Windsor continued pressing. Shafi, a first half substitute for Nawaf, going close after Jones had shown his class with a powerful run and pass.

It wasn???t until the 64th minute that Windsor doubled the lead. Shafi firing home from 12 yards to effectively seal the match. Dunbar mis-queued and Cannon again went close. Cannon did get on the scoresheet heading home from a Di Giuseppe corner on 72 minutes.

With the home side getting frustrated tempers threatened to boil over, Windsor keeping their cool and managing the remainder of the match to record a straight-forward away victory.
