Windsor extended their unbeaten run to 3 games with a spirited 2-1 win at home against Knaphill.

A slow start to the first half saw the hosts enjoy the greater possesion but it would be the visitors that would strike first.

Danny Taylor picked the ball up on the edge of the area and struck low with the ball sneaking under the body of Carl Dennison.

Windsor stepped up their threat in front of goal with Riccardo Cannon heading just over from a Jamie Di Giuseppe corner closley followed by a Kane Jones effort that was somehow kept out by Luca Bertelone.

From the resulting corner cam an unbelievable miss when first Jones had his effort saved and infront of an open goal Cannon sent the bal wide.

Just after the break Windsor came close again when Cannon headed against the bar before they finally managed the goal they had been threatening.

Di Giuseppe's free kick was headed onto Jones who managed to stab the ball into the net for his first goal since returning.

A moment of panic almost let Knaphil back into the game when Windsor failed to clear a free kick allowing Rob Kersley an opportunity which he sent high over th bar from close range.

Windsor wrapped up the points on the stroke of full time when another Di Giusepe free kick picked out Jordan Dowdican who played in Henry Montague for his second in as many games.
