Windsor FC battled back from 2 goals down to draw 2-2 in a bizarre match away at Epsom & Ewell.
Having drawn their opening match a week ago and then cancelled their midweek trip to Wembley, Windsor were looking for a good start against a side that had won their opening 2 matches.
Windsor did start well and began to dominate with both chances and possession.
Early chances saw Ryan O'Toole hit a dipping volley that had Adrian Jones beaten but just didn't dip enough and hit the bar.
Ryan Ashe then hit over the bar when he followed up a Ben Porter effort that was saved by Jones.
Joe Chandiram was the next to go just the wrong side of the woodwork when he struck over from a Ben Hudell corner.
Despite all the possession and chances it was Epsom that took the lead when a ball over the Windsor defence allowed Dave Francis to lift the ball over Rob Bullivant and into the net.
The lead was doubled minutes later when an Inaki Orduno cross was met by the head of Francis and went in off the far post.
The second half saw a spirited fight back by Windsor and only 2 minutes after the restart they started to pull the scores back.
Jamie Summers was climbing all over the back of Fergus Moore earning Windsor a penalty which O'Toole fired low past Jones.
The scores were levelled midway through the half when a good passing move ended with Ben Porter sliding the ball through for O'Toole who raced through and slid the ball past Jones.
Epsom could have retaken the lead minute later when Alex McGregor was denied by a fine Bullivant save when his free kick was tipped over the bar.
Tempers became frayed towards the end of the match with Dave Tilbury picking up a yellow card for a challenge on Matt Smith.
This was closely followed by Epsom being reduced to 10 men when Mark Jarman was shown a straight red card for throwing a punch at Tilbury right in front of the assistant referee.
Windsor could have snatched all 3 points when a free kick fell nicely for Porter in the area but he fired over the bar.
