James Quinn's first club goal was enough to earn Windsor all three points away at Chertsey Town.
In horrendous conditions chances for both sides were down to a minimum.
The best of the first half chances went the way of the visitors and the first real chance on goal put Windsor ahead.
Omar Riaz picked out the run of James Quinn who finished well past Michael White for his first club goal.
Chris Ellis then came very close to doubling the lead when he ran half the length of the pitch before letting off a shot that came back off the post.
Both sides tried to add to the scoreline but the conditions were doing nothing to help.
One last late push by the hosts saw Carl Dennison pull off a fantastic double save from Joe Jones and then Stuart Oakley.
