Sendings Off

Windsor picked themselves up after their defeat at the weekend to see off Frimley Green 2-1 at Stag Meadow.

Early chances went the way of the hosts with Kane Jones forcing an fine save out of Jamie Cunningham.

Despite the early pressure Frimley were not going to sit back and came very close to an opener when Nick Thumwood sent the ball crashing into the post.

Cunningham then spilled a shot from Kyle Lucas and had to rely on the quick thinking of Bobby Hogg to get the ball clear.

Shortly after the break and Windsor got themselves ahead when Kyle Jeffrey notched his first of the season via a Lucas free kick.

The lead was doubled with just 15 minutes to go when Dan Molloy's cross found the head of Barry Dunbar who sent the ball past Cunningham and in off the post.

There was still time for Frimley to pull a goal back through James Dinsdale but not to stop Windsor holding onto all 3 points.
