As part of Windsor FC's work in the community they have partnered with the Windsor Homeless Project to support the vital work that they do to help the most vulnerable in our town.
The Windsor Homeless Project provide a drop-in centre and practical support to the homeless and vulnerable. Their aim is to find solutions to homelessness, by helping guests to access housing through counselling and practical help, as well as helping those at risk of homelessness.
As part of the partnership Windsor FC have gifted some storage space for Windsor Homeless Project at the football club, which will act as a collection point for food and clothing items. Windsor Football Club are encouraging supporters to bring any number of items to the club on match days. For full details of what to bring, please check the website or the match day programme.
James Anderson, Windsor FC Communities Manager said: "We're delighted to be able to support the vital work that Nick and his team do in our town. We have a great fan base who will no doubt get behind this initiative, as well as the players and supporters of our youth teams who will also enthusiastically get involved."
