Appointed June 2011. Keith's professional career included spells at Wycombe Wanderers, Swindon in the FA Premier League, Norwich, Stoke and Reading. His managerial mentors included such luminaries as Martin O'Neil and John Gorman. Keith also obtained his UEFA A Coaching licence during this time. After leaving Windsor & Eton as a player, Keith held coaching positions at Northwood and Chesham United before being given his first opportunity in football management by Leighton Town, a position he took over in October 2006. During his time at Windsor & Eton he managed success in the Berks & Bucks Senior Cup in 2009 and also the Southern League Division 1 South & West Championship.
